Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a lovely balcony that allowed us to relax after a busy day of exploring the convenient nearby areas and enjoying free WiFi while my children played in the fun children's play area.

Noise from the hallway could be disruptive, and the bathroom door was narrow, which might be an inconvenience.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spotless with a lovely balcony. the location is fantastic, conveniently close to a supermarket, shopping center, service station, bus stops, a bottle store.

We loved the hotel's central location , made it easy for us to go around the city, airport, and beaches. The staff was helpful with the check-in process, and we even received free drink vouchers that we used for coffee and soft drinks. The bed was super comfy, and we had free wifi throughout our stay. The hotel room was clean and well-stocked with amenities.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased to find breakfast included and the rooms were clean and cosy. The beds were extra comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel was conveniently located near many attractions and public transportation.

There were a few downsides, such as the problem with the cleaner not being able to get into our room and the lack of disabled accessibility. the check-in process took too long, which was frustrating after a long trip.
